I’m so excited to be guest posting today while my parents are still enjoying their Anniversary Vacation!
The other day, I came across this DIY Spring door hanging from Tatertots & Jello and since I needed to update my front porch for Spring, it inspired me! So, during our annual April 16thshopping day, my mom and I took a trip to Michael to gather my supplies.
Here’s what I came up with:
Step 1 –Gather all of your supplies
Step 2 –Paint your frame (don’t you love these frame from Michaels?) the color of your choice. Since I was trying to match my peacock blue chair on my front porch, that’s what I chose.
Step 3 –Cover your letter in burlap. Michael’s had these great burlap rolls which made the job very easy!
Step 4 – Attach your bunting.
Step 5 – Assemble your items together.
And then you’re done! Here’ my finished project as well as a peek at my Spring front porch.
We’re still waiting for Spring to decide to stay around here, but when it finally does, I’ll be ready!
Do you decorate your front door & porch for Spring?
Thank you Adriane! It turned out GREAT!!
