I have a quick and easy recipe for you today, Chili stuffed potato skins.  They are yummy!!!You will need:6 potatoes washed1/2 cup of olive oilleft over chili1 cup of shredded cheese1/4 cup of sour creamblack olives slicedWash your potatoes and place in the microwave for 15 minutes. Cut each potato in half and scoop out the middle of each one.Turn over the potatoes and brush olive oil on each one.  Broil for 3-4 min. until crispy.Turn over the potato skins and add chili to the … [Read more...]
