I’m excited to share with you a very inexpensive Dollar Store Easter Door Hanging with you today. In fact it’s so inexpensive it was only $3.00 to make. Not only was it inexpensive but it’s colorful, giving me a much needed color fix.
Here’s what you’ll need:
A felt egg purchased at Dollar Tree
A spool of Easter ribbon purchased at Dollar Tree
5 pieces of felt in coordinating colors.
Here’s how you make it:
First thing you need to do is to run the ribbon through the top middle slot. This will be for your hanger. Make sure you cut it long enough because you don’t want to pull the felt off if it’s too short. Tie the top into a knot.
Turn your egg over and cut the felt just a little bigger than the flowers on the front. Hot glue them into place.
After you have all your felt pieces glued in place, turn the egg over and add centers to your flowers
Next make a bow out of your ribbon and hot glue it to the the ribbon you slipped through on the first step.
Next you get to hang it on your favorite door and enjoy the spring color.

If you are having some wonderful Spring weather, please send it up north. We need to melt some of this snow. I feel like I’m living in a tundra.
