I have a super simple no cook Lemon Berry Crisp recipe to share with you today.
I needed a snack for a class I was helping with and didn’t have time or want to cook something. I was in a store and saw these. Now I LOVE anything lemon poppy seed and I LOVE Stacy’s Pita Chips. I was anxious to try them.
I started wandering around the store to see if I could find anything to put on the crisps.
Bingo! Vanilla Pudding.
I then passed the fruit section and saw raspberries for cheap and knew I wanted to add some of those.
I had some blueberries in my fridge and mint in my herb garden.
Take your crisp and spread some vanilla pudding on it. Take a raspberry and two blueberries and place on the pudding. Garnish with a mint leaf.
There ya have it, a super simple no cook treat. They were very yummy!!
