I LOVE a good salad! I LOVE a good salad in the summer for supper, but my husband not so much. He will eat them if they have meat in them. I wanted to gather some yummy hearty recipes so that I have them at my fingertips when it’s time to cook supper. I’m sharing 20 salads that are enough for 2 a week for the whole summer.
I love when I can be organized! If I take my 60 Summer Grilling Recipes. I’ve got recipes for the whole summer! That’s my kinda summer. One where I don’t have to think about meals and can just enjoy life. Hope you find some things here you like.
Oh, why we’re at it I’ll share some make ahead breakfast ideas and sandwich-less lunches ideas. You can have your summer menus at your fingertips.
OK, here we go 20 Main Dish Summer Salads:
Panera Bread knock off Mediterranean Chicken & Quinoa Salad
Applebee’s Oriental Chicken Salad
This looks soooooo good! But I’d have to add chicken or leftover steak to it for my hubby!
This one looks great as well. I’d have to put some chicken in it for my hubby. I’ve never made my pasta salad with zucchini and summer squash which I usually have an abundance of in the summer.
Oh man! Now I’m starving. Hmm… which one should I make for supper?
Do you have any favorite main dish salad recipes?
