I have a super quick supper idea for you. Do you like BBQ Chicken Pizza?? Well, we do so when I made my Mini Chicken Pot Pies I decided to make some BBQ Chicken Pizza’s too. They were super easy and really good!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 package of Pillsbury Grand muffins
1 Can of Chicken
1/2 Cup of BBQ sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cilantro and red onion optional
1. Spray your muffin tins and add your flattened muffins.
2. Mix your can of chicken with BBQ sauce. Add to your taste. Fill your muffin tin with meat mixture.
3. Add your cheese,
4. Bake your pizzas in a 425 degree oven for 20 min. When done garnish with a few cilantro leaves and red onion. Yummo!!
I made a double batch and was able to freeze most of them. I just pull them out of the freezer and microwave them and have a quick and easy lunch or supper.
I love quick and easy, you??

How long do you microwave them? Do you microwave straight from frozen? Thanks!
Jess, yes I do microwave them straight from the freezer. In my microwave it's one minute. Every microwave is different so you will probably have to experiment with yours. Thanks for stopping by!
